个人简介（不超过300字）：

刘学平，男，1979年生，辽宁铁岭人，南京航空航天大学模式识别与智能系统专业博士，沈阳航空航天大学副教授，中国人工智能学会机器博弈专业委员会委员。多年来一直从事模式识别与智能系统方向的研究工作，特别是在生物特征识别和机器博弈方面积累了较为丰富的研究经验，先后主持或参与了国家级和省部级课题10余项，累计发表相关学术论文20多篇，拥有软件著作权发明专利6项和实用新型专利2项。2018年，在第二届亚洲人工智能国际会议上展示了在视频分析、模式识别和人工智能等研究中取得的一些成果。
